札幌醫科大學（Sapporo Medical University, SMU）創立於1950年，位於札幌市，為一所公立醫學專門教育機構。該校擁有附屬醫院，具備器官移植等高階手術能力，校內設有生物醫學研究中心、海洋生物研究所、生物醫學中心和動物研究中心等研究機構，並與北海道大學及小樽商科大學建立研究合作關係。
